High performance as a task
Martin Schierhuber, Authorized Representative and Head of IT & Telekom/CIO of the XXXLutz Group, explains the special requirements:
“The MRP solution must take into account the need for warehousing in different logistics units. In addition, there will be a reconciliation on a central warehouse and several lines in the different countries.”
For multi-stage scheduling, the company was looking for a fast-importing, high-quality and flexible solution, which provides high performance and very good planned orders and scheduling guaranteed. “That’s the case with LogoMate,” Schierhuber sums it up.
Success through constant optimization
The intuitive graphical user interface makes it easier for inventory planners and buyers to make the right decisions in the shortest possible time. Also seasonal peaks and promotions as well as the opening of new branches can be easily integrated into the system of automatic scheduling with LogoMate. The goal is always the perfect use of all resources: optimization of stocks with high delivery capability, exact sales forecasts and planning decisions based on it. Even small improvements in detail can lead to enormous increases in returns in absolute terms and over a whole financial year.
XXXLutz is very satisfied with the results.
