LogoMate receives the necessary master and transaction data from the ERP system via an interface. “The introduction of LogoMate has been without delay from the start. With induction and training that took place in the house, it was only three months. The implementation went as you would like it to,” says Bernd Hammerschmidt, describing the introduction phase of LogoMate.
One-fifth fewer stocks
“We have reached 20% in terms of stock reductions. I thought that if we were to reach 10% with LogoMate, then we would be good. But I really wouldn’t have expected this success. And what’s more, we’ve also increased sales by 10 to 15%. That’s the phenomenal thing about the whole thing,” explains Bernd Hammerschmidt. LogoMate has also changed the work of field workers. They act more competently because they are more informed and can ensure that no goods are missing. This has taken the cooperation between field service and purchasing to a new, constructive level. A motivational boost went through the departments.
